Passiflora 100mg (plant equivalent 500mg) (flavonoids 2mg);
Valerian 50mg (plant equivalent 500mg) (venarenic acid 0.4mg);
Lemon Balm 20mg (plant equivalent 400mg);
Melatonin 1mg.
Recommended Daily Dosage: 1 tablet a day, at night, before bed (about 1 hour before).
